Refund policy

All fees for classes and services must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

Refunds for online registrations are available for Rideau Swing Collective events, including social dances and classes, if requested at least 7 days before the event start date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After this period, no refunds, partial or full, will be granted. 

Apparel purchases are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, misprinted, or otherwise unwearable upon delivery.
